MEP Engineer

We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily activities, ensuring quality work, and coordinating with different teams to complete projects on time. Key Responsibilities * Supervise all MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) at the site * Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards * Coordinate with civil team, contractors, and subcontractors * Monitor daily progress and report to the project manager * Inspect installations for quality and safety compliance * Manage manpower, materials, and site tools * Identify and resolve site issues quickly * Ensure compliance with local authority regulations * Maintain proper documentation and site records Requirements * Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) * 5–10 years of experience in MEP works (construction or maintenance) * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems * Ability to read and understand technical drawings * Good leadership and communication skills * Experience in coordinating multiple trades on-site Preferred * Experience in residential and commercial projects * Knowledge of authority approvals (DEWA, DM, etc. if Dubai-based) * Driving license required.
