MEP Estimation Engineer

Job Title: MEP Estimation Engineer Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cost estimation for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works within the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documentsPerform quantity take-offs and pricing Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations Evaluate tender documents and identify project risks Prepare BOQs and cost comparison reportsSupport project team during tender clarification and negotiations Maintain estimation database and cost records Requirements: 2–3 years of UAE experience as an MEP Estimation EngineerBachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and suppliersProficiency in estimation software and MS Excel Ability to read and interpret technical drawingsUAE Driving License is mandatory Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
