MEP Site Manager

**A Landscape Company is searching for an active special MEP Site Manager to join its team.** * full-time * immediate joining **Job Description:** * Develop and implement MEP project execution plans, schedules, and strategies. * Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, and civil teams to avoid conflicts. * Participate in design reviews and ensure constructability of MEP systems. * Ensure compliance with project requirements, local codes, and international standards. * Provide technical guidance to engineers and subcontractors. * Supervise and manage MEP engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors. * Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training where necessary. * Facilitate coordination meetings with project stakeholders. * Ensure proper installation of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.). * Conduct inspections and oversee testing & commissioning. * Verify adherence to safety standards, environmental requirements, and QA/QC procedures. * Monitor project budgets, variations, and change orders. * Track progress against schedules and resolve delays. * Prepare and submit reports to senior management/clients. * Ensure as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and warranties are completed. * Oversee final testing, commissioning, and handover to the client. **Required Skills & Qualifications** * University degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Civil Engineering * Minimum 5 to 7 years of site experience in MEP Construction projects. * Fluent in English & excellent communication and organizational skills * A team player with proven ability to work under Pressure and to meet deadlines. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.** * Strong knowledge of **HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and low-voltage systems**. * Proven track record in managing large-scale or complex MEP projects.
