MEP Site Supervisor

**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out MEP Supervisor to oversee on-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for interior fit-out projects. The role involves supervising site teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects safely, on time, and in compliance with approved drawings and local regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise day-to-day MEP works on-site (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems) * Ensure all installations are carried out as per approved shop drawings and specifications * Coordinate with MEP engineers, site engineers, and subcontractors * Monitor work progress and report daily/weekly updates to management * Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance * Manage manpower, materials, and tools effectively on-site * Identify and resolve site issues and technical challenges * Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones * Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover * Maintain proper documentation, including work reports and inspection records **Requirements & Qualifications** * Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field * 3–6 years of experience in MEP supervision within fit-out/interior projects * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings * Familiarity with UAE authority standards (e.g., DEWA, Civil Defense) * Good leadership and team supervision skills * Strong problem-solving and communication abilities **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects * Knowledge of safety standards and site compliance procedures * UAE driving license **Key Skills** * Site supervision * MEP coordination * Quality control * Time and resource management * Team leadership * Safety compliance Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
