MEP Supervisor

To ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of all Mechanical, Electrical &Plumbing (MEP) systems through effective planned preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and strict adherence to safety standards. The department aims to maintain uninterrupted facility operations, optimize system performance, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support overall operational efficiency through proper coordination, supervision, and documentation of engineering activities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) of all MEP systems and equipment.** * Preparation and implementation of maintenance planning and schedules. * **Ensure effective routine maintenance activities are carried out as per standards.** * Execute repair and maintenance programs, procedures, and corrective actions. * **Conduct regular site inspections, monitoring, and supervision of ongoing works.** * Exercise day-to-day control and planned supervision of engineering staff under his responsibility. * **Ensure implementation of engineering policies and procedures as laid down by management.** * Provide technical advice and support to the FM / Operations Manager / Engineer. * **Ensure compliance with Fire and Safety programs and site safety regulations.** * Familiarize with the complete building layout, including gas, electrical, water, steam, oil systems, andall isolation points, ensuring staff awareness. * **Study and understand the engineering services layout to support effective maintenance planning.** * Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schemes and submit for approval. * **Ensure proper execution of work orders and adherence to approved policies.** * Supervise commissioning and testing of systems and ensure safety check procedures are followed. * **Advise on training requirements and skill development of technical staff.** * Ensure all emergency backup systems (standby generators, pumps, boilers, burners, etc.) are properlymaintained and operational. * **Attend and resolve all hazard notices and maintenance-related safety issues.** * Ensure statutory inspections, certifications, and safety checks are carried out on time. * **Prepare shutdown and overhaul schedules for major systems and ensure timely execution.** * Ensure optimum efficiency of all engineering services and take corrective action when required. * **Focus on cost-effective maintenance and energy-efficient operations at all times.** * Maintain all maintenance documentation, checklists, logs, and safety records for management review. * **Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly work reports on maintenance activities and issues. JOB TITLEMEP Supervisor DEPARTMENT MEP / Operations REPORTS TO General Manager, Director-Operations, Operations Manager.** * **Department Objective Department Objective –To ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of all Mechanical, Electrical &Plumbing (MEP) systems through effective planned preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and strict adherence to safety standards.** * **The department aims to maintain uninterrupted facility operations, optimize system performance, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support overall operational efficiency through proper coordination, supervision, and documentation of engineering activities.** * Support operations team in coordination, reporting, and documentation requirements. * **Capable of preparing accurate cost estimations for maintenance, repair works, and project execution requirements.** **Qualifications & Requirements** * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in supervision (construction/MEP preferred) * Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. * Follow UAE safety regulations and company policies * **Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)** * Good communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Pay: AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
