Merchandiser

The Merchandiser ensures that products are displayed attractively, stocked appropriately, and priced correctly to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. This role works closely with store management, buyers, and supply chain teams to execute merchandising strategies. Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising & Store Execution · Arrange product displays according to company planograms (POGs) and brand standards. · Ensure shelves, racks, and fixtures are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing. · Install and maintain signage, shelf talkers, and promotional materials. · Rotate stock using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to minimize out-of-stocks and markdowns. Inventory & Replenishment · Monitor inventory levels, identify low-stock or overstock situations, and submit replenishment requests. · Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. · Process returns, damaged goods, and recall items as needed. Data & Reporting · Track competitor pricing, display tactics, and product assortment. · Report sales trends, customer feedback, and display performance to management. · Use handheld devices or mobile apps to log store visits, tasks, and photos. Collaboration · Partner with store managers to coordinate promotional setups or resets. · Communicate with buyers about slow movers or discontinued items. Education & Experience · High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in retail/marketing preferred. · 1+ years of experience in merchandising, retail sales, or stock management. Skills & Competencies · Ability to read and execute planograms and schematic diagrams. · Strong attention to detail and sense of visual aesthetics. · Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift up to [25-50] lbs, and climb ladders. · Reliable transportation to travel between store locations. · Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and inventory apps. Work Environment · Combination of warehouse, backroom, and sales floor settings. · May require evening, weekend, or early morning shifts depending on store resets. · Local travel to multiple store locations during the workday. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month License/Certification: * driving license (Required) Work Location: In person
