Position: Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) OfficerPosition Code:260422-M&E-001 Location: ErbilJawharat Erbil is a leading company operating in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, specializing in logistics, transportation, and border operations management. The company plays a key role in facilitating trade and ensuring efficient movement of goods across the region.Its main activities include:Issuing electronic manifests for all goods entering and exiting the Kurdistan Region through border crossingsInstalling GPS tracking devices on all transit trucks to monitor vehicles entering, exiting, or passing through the region to neighboring countriesManaging the transportation of goods within the Kurdistan Region and between the region and federal Iraqi provincesDeveloping and upgrading truck yards and parking facilities across cities and districts within the regionJawharat Erbil is committed to improving operational efficiency, enhancing transparency, and supporting the region’s economic growth through advanced logistics solutions.Purpose:To support effective monitoring and evaluation of projects by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to improve program performance and inform decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain M&E frameworks, tools, and databases.Collect, validate, and analyze project data.Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and evaluation findings.Support field teams in M&E activities and capacity building.Document lessons learned and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business and administration Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field.3+ years of experience in M&E within development or humanitarian programs.Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SPSS, STATA, or R preferred.Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Apply:Interested candidates are requested to submit their application through this link before 29th April 2026
