Network Support Technician

**Job Title:** Network Support Technician (IT Network Support / Network Engineer – Junior) **Job Summary** We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Support Technician to join our technical operations team in Kuwait City. This role is ideal for someone passionate about IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and maintaining stable and secure network systems. You will support daily network operations, assist in resolving connectivity issues, and help ensure smooth performance across company systems and client environments. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with routers, switches, and network tools, and want to grow your IT career in a structured environment, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network systems * Provide technical support for network connectivity issues * Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and access points * Assist in installing and upgrading network hardware and software * Diagnose and resolve network performance and security issues * Support IT infrastructure projects and system deployments * Maintain documentation of network configurations and incidents * Collaborate with IT support and system administration teams **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in network support or IT support role * Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) * Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewall systems * Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and network monitoring systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Good communication skills in English * CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification is a plus **Work Details** * Schedule: Full-time * Location: On-site in Kuwait City **About the Company** GenieMan Digital Operations & IT Services is a technology-focused support organization providing IT infrastructure assistance, network support, and digital operations services.
