I. Main Responsibilities and Duties
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing commercial processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team and other cross-functional teams to gather data and insights into current processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions specific to commercial operations.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for optimization within the commercial function.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the quality of commercial operations.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes within the commercial team and adjust as necessary.
• Provide training and support to commercial team members on new processes and procedures.
• Stay informed about industry’s best practices and emerging trends in process improvement methodologies relevant to commercial operations.
II. Education and Training/ Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 process analysis, process improvement, or business process management within a commercial context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information related to commercial operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely within the context of commercial operations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, particularly within a commercial environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in analyzing and improving commercial processes.
• Experience with process automation and workflow management systems within a commercial setting is a plus.
III. Skills and Competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Visio).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in English writing skills and preferred in business writing.
