Online Sales Manager drives digital revenue growth by developing online sales strategies, optimizing web channels, and handle key customers . He / She should analyse market trends, oversee customer relationship management (CRM), and collaborate with marketing team to boost traffic and conversions. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets. * **Account management :** Deal with key customers queries and assist them in the best possible way. * **Channel Optimization:** Optimize digital sales channels, including e-commerce sites, social media, and online marketplaces, to improve customer experience and conversion rates. * **Data Analysis:** Monitor performance metrics, such as sales trends and customer behavior, to refine strategies and enhance profitability. * **Marketing Collaboration:** Collaborate with marketing and product development teams on digital campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. * **Customer Relationship Management (CRM):** Build and maintain relationships with key online clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * **Experience:** 3+ years in online sales management, digital marketing, or e-commerce. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * **Digital Proficiency:** Strong proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). * **Skills:** Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and sales negotiation skills Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED9,000.00 per month Experience: * sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote
