We specialize in curtain wall systems, glazing, cladding, and architectural aluminum works for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager – Aluminum & Façade** to lead and manage all operational activities related to façade and aluminum projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven experience in managing large-scale façade operations in the UAE. **Key Responsibilities** **Project & Operations Management** * Lead and oversee multiple aluminum and façade projects from planning to completion. * Supervise project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams. * Ensure projects are delivered within schedule, budget, and quality standards. **Coordination & Execution** * Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and production departments. * Monitor fabrication, factory output, and site installation progress. * Ensure smooth workflow between all operational departments. **Performance & Efficiency** * Implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. * Optimize manpower, material usage, and equipment allocation. * Review progress against project milestones and take corrective actions when required. **Cost Control & Reporting** * Review cost reports and monitor project financial performance. * Control operational expenditures and support profitability targets. * Provide regular operational reports to senior management. **Quality, Safety & Compliance** * Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC standards and project specifications. * Enforce HSE policies across all sites and factory operations. * Promote a culture of safety, quality, and compliance. **Stakeholder Management** * Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. * Participate in client meetings, progress reviews, and project coordination sessions. * Ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management. * **15–20 years of experience** in aluminum and façade projects (**mandatory**). * Proven experience managing large-scale façade, curtain wall, and glazing projects. * Strong knowledge of fabrication, production, and site installation processes. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong commercial awareness and cost control capability. * Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills. * **UAE experience is mandatory.** **Key Competencies** * Leadership & Strategic Management * Operational Excellence * Project Delivery & Execution * Cost Control & Commercial Awareness * Quality & Safety Compliance * Stakeholder Relationship Management **What We Offer** * Executive-level salary package * Leadership role in a leading façade organization * Opportunity to manage high-profile UAE/GCC projects * Professional and growth-oriented environment Work Location: In person
