Planning Engineer

Position: Planning Engineer **Job Description:** * Prepare, develop, and monitor project schedules. * Create baseline programs and track project progress. * Perform resource planning, allocation, and leveling. * Prepare project costing and support estimation activities. * Monitor project cost vs progress and report variations. * Coordinate with site team, consultants, and management. * Identify delays and provide recovery and mitigation plans. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. **Job Requirements:** **EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME POSITION IS A MUST.** * Strong knowledge of planning software: PRIMAVERA P6, MICROSOFT PROJECT, AND EXCEL. * Ability to handle costing, budgeting, and resource allocation. * Good understanding of the UAE construction market. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
