Planning Engineer

Manage overall project planning, scheduling, and monitoring for EPC and infrastructure works **Prepare detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project in line with contractual requirements** Develop WBS, activity sequencing, logic links, milestones, and critical path analysis **Prepare resource-loaded schedules covering manpower, materials, and equipment** Plan and monitor engineering, procurement, and construction activities **Develop short-term look-ahead programs (2-week / 4-week) and recovery plans** Track site progress against approved schedules and update regularly **Identify delays, assess impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies** Perform delay analysis and support EOT and claims documentation **Evaluate variation orders and their impact on project timelines** Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including S-curves (Planned vs Actual) **Develop dashboards and highlight key risks affecting project delivery** Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, procurement, QA/QC, and commercial teams **Participate in internal and client meetings with schedule presentations** Monitor productivity and optimize resource utilization **Work at project site or head office as required by management** Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
