Planning Engineer (Primavera P6) – Construction & Fit-Out Company: Touq Group Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: On-Site About Touq Group Touq Group is a diversified UAE-based company delivering facility management, interior fit-out, and construction services across high-profile clients including developers, government entities, and major venues. We are expanding our project delivery team and are seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer with strong expertise in Primavera P6. Role Overview The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules across multiple construction and fit-out projects. The role requires strong coordination with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities * Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for construction and fit-out projects * Prepare baseline programs, recovery programs, and revised schedules * Monitor project progress and update schedules on a weekly basis * Identify delays, risks, and critical path activities * Prepare lookahead programs (2-week / 4-week) for site teams * Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to track progress * Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves * Support tendering team with preliminary project timelines and resource planning * Ensure alignment with contract requirements and project milestones * Assist in claims preparation related to delays and extensions of time (EOT) Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Minimum 4–7 years of experience in construction and/or fit-out planning * Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6 * Strong understanding of project lifecycle, construction sequencing, and methodologies * Experience in UAE projects (Abu Dhabi preferred) * Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and delay analysis is a strong advantage * Advanced skills in Excel and reporting dashboards * Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience working on high-end fit-out, FM, or infrastructure projects * Familiarity with authority approvals and permitting timelines (Abu Dhabi) * Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project environments What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Opportunity to work on high-profile projects * Growth within a rapidly expanding group * Collaborative and performance-driven environment How to Apply Apply via Indeed or send your CV to: [email protected] Subject line: *Planning Engineer – Primavera P6* Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
