Planning Engineer

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for **Planning Engineer** to join our team in Dubai. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as **Primavera P6** or **Microsoft Project** * Prepare baseline programs, cash flow forecasts, and resource-loaded schedules * Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly * Identify potential delays and recommend mitigation strategies * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports * Conduct critical path analysis and highlight key project risks * Track productivity and resource utilization * Assist in claims preparation related to delays and extensions of time (EOT) * Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project phases * Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and/or MS Project * Familiarity with cost control and project management principles **What We Provide:** * Competitive salary as per the market * Official employment under UAE Labour Law * Employment visa and medical insurance * Modern office and friendly environment at work If you are seeking dynamic growth and want to be part of a team who builds the future of Dubai, send your application!
