To support our expanding portfolio in Doha, we are seeking an accomplished **Principal Structural Engineer** to lead our technical teams and drive project success. Role Overview The **Principal Structural Engineer** will be responsible for overseeing structural design, ensuring compliance with international standards, and providing technical leadership across major projects. This senior role requires deep expertise in structural engineering, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver complex projects with precision and innovation. Key Responsibilities * Lead structural engineering design and analysis for large-scale projects. * Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and safety regulations. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams. * Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to align design objectives. * Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and specifications. * Conduct risk assessments and propose innovative solutions to engineering challenges. * Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. * Represent XEJTV LLC in client meetings, technical reviews, and industry forums. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. * 12–15 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure or high-rise building projects. * Strong knowledge of structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, etc.). * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation preferred. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
