With a strong focus on client satisfaction, timely delivery, and cost-effective solutions, we aim to create spaces that are both visually appealing and practical. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Procurement Engineer with experience in interior fit-out projects**. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support project execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the complete procurement cycle for fit-out projects, from requisition to delivery * Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and subcontractors * Obtain and analyze quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings * Prepare comparison sheets and procurement reports for management review * Ensure materials are procured in line with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines * Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to understand material requirements * Track orders and ensure timely delivery to avoid project delays * Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance * Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures * Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier availability **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)** * **1–3 years of proven experience in procurement for interior fit-out projects** (mandatory) * **Fluency in Hindi (mandatory);** English communication skills required * Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills * Good knowledge of construction materials, especially related to fit-out works * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and procurement systems * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently **Preferred Skills:** * Familiarity with UAE market suppliers and pricing * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities * Attention to detail and commitment to quality Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
