Procurement Engineer

**Job Title: Procurement Engineer (Fit-Out & Interior Design)** **Company:** Multiplus Decoration Design & Fitout LLC **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Description:** **Multiplus Decoration Design & Fit-out LLC** is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Procurement Engineer** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement within the fit-out and interior design industry in Dubai and be capable of managing sourcing, vendor coordination, and cost control efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage procurement activities for **fit-out and interior design projects** * Source materials, suppliers, and subcontractors locally * Prepare and evaluate **quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost** efficiency * Coordinate with **project managers, designers, and site teams** * Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials * Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance * Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of experience in Dubai in the fit-out/interior design field** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering or a related field** * Strong knowledge of local **suppliers and market pricing** * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Fluent in **Hindi and English** * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Familiarity with procurement software and MS Office **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects * Supportive and professional work environment Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour Work Location: In person
