Procurement Manager (Civil)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in civil construction, specifically in bridges and underpass projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience and proven ability to manage procurement across multiple projects simultaneously. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end procurement for civil construction projects (bridges, underpasses, road works). * Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of materials. * Develop and maintain strong vendor, supplier, and subcontractor relationships. * Source and negotiate construction materials including concrete, steel, asphalt, and related items. * Evaluate quotations and implement cost-effective procurement strategies. * Maintain procurement data, vendor database, and material tracking systems. * Use ERP systems for procurement planning, purchase orders, tracking, and reporting. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams. * Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations. * Monitor market trends and optimize procurement strategies. **Requirements:** * Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction procurement. * Mandatory experience in bridges and underpass projects. * Strong knowledge of civil construction materials. * Proven experience handling multiple projects at once. * Mandatory hands-on experience with ERP systems (Build Smart, SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Strong UAE supplier/vendor network. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. **Preferred Skills:** * ERP system expertise (SAP / Oracle / similar) * Vendor management and negotiation strength * Data analysis and reporting capability * Cost control and budgeting experience * Knowledge of UAE construction standards Job Type: Permanent Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in civil construction procurement in UAE? * Have you previously worked on bridge and underpass construction or Civil projects? * Which ERP systems have you used (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)?
