Role & Responsibilities:· Manage the full procurement cycle — from identifying needs through to goods receipt — covering raw food ingredients and operational supplies across all branches.· Build and maintain a reliable supplier base, negotiating the best prices and terms while ensuring product quality and supply continuity.· Develop periodic purchasing plans in coordination with kitchen, operations, and finance teams.· Monitor inventory levels and prevent surplus or shortage of essential materials.· Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards in line with F&B industry requirements.· Analyze market pricing, track food commodity fluctuations, and propose cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality.· Prepare and present regular procurement reports to senior management. Requirements & Qualifications· Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in the restaurant or F&B sector.· Strong knowledge of food supply chains, vendor management, and inventory systems.· Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close effective supply agreements.· Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement management software.· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.· Strong analytical and organisational skills.· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
