Project Accountant (6-month contract)

**Job Purpose** To support financial operations related to projects, with a strong focus on costing, procurement, and financial tracking within the healthcare equipment domain. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and monitor project accounting activities including cost allocation and tracking * Handle equipment costing, procurement costing, and warranty provisions * Support purchase order (PO) creation and ensure alignment with budgets * Oversee financial aspects of after-sales service contracts * Maintain accurate project-related financial records and reconciliations * Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure cost efficiency * Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities * Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls **Key Requirements** * Proven experience in project accounting (mandatory) * Part-qualified or finalist (ACCA / CA / CMA preferred) **Strong knowledge of:** * Equipment costing * Procurement and PO processes * Warranty provisions * After-sales service contracts (preferably healthcare sector) * Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred) * Strong analytical and reconciliation skills * Preferred Industry * **Healthcare / Medical Equipment / Related sectors** Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
