We encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds and diversity characteristics and warmly encourage disabled or neuro divergent candidates to apply. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ ### **Planning & Scheduling** * Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6. * Ensure alignment with Saudi Aramco scheduling standards and milestones. * Monitor schedule performance and identify critical path impacts. ### **Cost Control & Budgeting** * Establish project budgets, cost breakdown structures (CBS), and control baselines. * Monitor project expenditures, commitments, and forecasts. * Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. ### **Progress Measurement & Reporting** * Develop and implement progress measurement systems. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for Worley and Saudi Aramco stakeholders. * Track KPIs and ensure accurate project performance visibility. ### **Risk & Change Management** * Lead risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning. * Manage change control processes in line with Saudi Aramco procedures. * Evaluate cost and schedule impacts of changes and variations. ### **Project Controls Systems & Governance** * Implement project controls procedures, tools, and systems. * Ensure compliance with Worley and Saudi Aramco project control frameworks. * Conduct audits and reviews of project controls practices. ### **Stakeholder Coordination** * Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams. * Participate in client meetings and presentations. * Provide strategic insights to support decision-making. ### **Team Leadership** * Lead and mentor project controls team (planners, cost engineers, risk analysts). * Allocate resources and oversee team performance. * Promote continuous improvement and best practices. **Qualifications & Experience** ------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Experienced in project controls within oil & gas, EPC, or energy sectors. * Proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred. * Strong expertise in Primavera P6, cost control systems, and reporting tools. * In-depth knowledge of EPC project lifecycle and large-scale capital projects. **Moving forward together** We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
