URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A MALE PROJECT SITE ENGINEER. * WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY * WITH VALID UAE DRIVERS LICENSE * ARABIC NATIONALITY * CIVIL ENGINEER GRADUATE OR MECHANICAL ENGINEER GRADUATE * MINIMUM OF 3 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN THE STEEL STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION FIELD IS ADVANTAGE. A Project Engineer plans, executes, and monitors technical projects, acting as a bridge between teams to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget, handling everything from scope definition and resource allocation to quality control, risk management, and stakeholder communication, while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Key duties involve project planning, technical documentation, cost control, team coordination, site management, and troubleshooting, making sure project elements align with objectives and specifications. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Planning:** Develop project objectives, scope, specifications, and detailed plans. **Coordination & Communication:** Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams; facilitate information flow **Execution & Monitoring:** Oversee project phases, monitor progress, manage resources (staff, materials), and ensure quality. **Budget & Schedule:** Control costs, track expenditures, maintain timelines, and manage project schedules. **Technical Oversight:** Review engineering deliverables, conduct tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure technical accuracy. **Compliance & Safety:** Enforce safety codes, industry regulations, and company standards. **Reporting:** Prepare status reports, analyze trends, and recommend actions. **Core Skills & Qualifications** Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and budgets. Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation.
