Project Engineer

**Position:** Project Engineer (Building Project) **Company:** Ten X General Contracting & Maintenance L.L.C. **Job Types:** Full-time, Permanent, Contract **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * **7–10 years** of proven experience in project engineering or construction management of **building projects** (structural steel/RC, envelope, base-build interiors, and MEP interfaces). * Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and **HSE** standards. * Proficient in project management software/tools (e.g., Primavera/MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD). * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple zones/trades simultaneously. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee and manage **building construction** from inception to completion: substructure, superstructure (RC/steel), façade/roofing, base-build interiors, external works. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet program, cost, quality, and HSE targets. * Develop and maintain **project schedules and budgets**; track procurement and long-lead items (façade, elevators/escalators, switchgear, AHUs). * Conduct site inspections, implement ITPs/QA/QC, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements. * Resolve issues/conflicts, manage risks, and drive recovery plans to protect milestones and handover. **Equal Opportunity** Ten X General Contracting & Maintenance L.L.C. is an equal-opportunity employer.
