Project Engineer

**Job Title: Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out** **Location:** UAE **Industry:** Interior Fit-Out / Construction **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Reporting**-Project Manager **Job Overview:** We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Project Engineer** with a strong background in **interior fit-out projects** to manage and oversee site execution across multiple projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, F&B, residential). * Coordinate with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. * Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications. * Prepare project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion. * Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly. * Manage material procurement, deliveries, and site logistics. * Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management. * Liaise with clients for updates, approvals, and project coordination. * Ensure proper documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and variation orders. * Support project cost control and value engineering initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * **Minimum 3–6 years of UAE experience** in interior fit-out projects. * Strong knowledge of fit-out execution, materials, and MEP coordination. * Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes in the UAE. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. * **Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).** **Preferred Skills:** * Experience working on high-end commercial or retail fit-out projects. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Knowledge of health & safety standards (HSE). * PMP certification is an added advantage. **Key Competencies:** * Project Coordination * Time & Cost Management * Technical Expertise in Fit-Out * Client Handling * Attention to Detail Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
