Project Engineer (Architectural Metal & Glass)/ Interior Designer

**Key Responsibilities** * **Project Execution:** Manage and oversee all phases of project execution, including planning, design coordination, procurement, fabrication, installation, and handover. * **Site Management:** Supervise on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. * **Coordination:** Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow and resolve any technical issues. * **Technical Oversight:** Review technical drawings, submittals, and material requisitions to ensure compliance with project requirements. * **Resource Planning:** Assist in preparing project schedules, forecasting manpower needs, and managing material deliveries to the site. * **Quality & Safety:** Implement strict quality control measures and ensure all site activities adhere to company and statutory safety protocols. * **Reporting:** Prepare regular progress reports, track project milestones, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. **Qualifications & Skills** * **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in **Civil or Mechanical Engineering**. * **Experience:** **2-4 years** of proven project engineering experience specifically in **architectural metal and glass works** (e.g., facades, curtain walls, balustrades, cladding, skylights) within the UAE. * **Technical Skills:** Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. Strong knowledge of facade systems and materials. * **Software Proficiency:** Competent in using AutoCAD and MS Office Suite. Experience with project management software (like MS Project) is a plus. * **Driving License:** A valid **UAE driving license** is highly preferred. * **Availability:** Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join.
