Project Engineer

**1. Asset & Lifecycle Management** * **Technical Audits:** Conducting regular inspections of HVAC, fire fighting systems, elevators, and electrical grids to assess their condition. * **Retrofitting Projects:** Planning and supervising the replacement of aging equipment (e.g., upgrading to energy-efficient LED lighting or installing new chillers). * **Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Planning:** Developing technical schedules to ensure critical machinery is serviced before a breakdown occurs. **2. Site & Vendor Supervision** * **Subcontractor Management:** Overhauling specialized services like water tank cleaning, pest control, or facade cleaning by managing third-party vendors. * **Work Permit Oversight:** Issuing and supervising "Permit to Work" (PTW) for high-risk maintenance tasks like confined space entry or hot work. * **Emergency Response:** Leading the technical team during critical failures, such as major pipe bursts or power outages, to restore services quickly. **3. Financial & Operational Efficiency** * **Estimation & Costing:** Preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for maintenance contracts or specific repair jobs. * **Energy Management:** Analyzing utility consumption data to suggest technical improvements that reduce water and electricity costs. * **CAFM Utilization:** Using Computer-Aided Facility Management software to track work orders, asset history, and team productivity.
