Project Engineer – Façade

We are seeking an experienced **Project Engineer – Façade** with a strong background in façade systems execution within the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for managing façade works from design coordination to installation and project completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee façade works (curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminum systems) across assigned projects * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams for shop drawings and approvals * Review and monitor façade design, materials, and technical specifications * Ensure compliance with project requirements, UAE regulations, and quality standards * Prepare project schedules and track progress against milestones * Conduct site inspections and supervise installation activities * Resolve technical issues related to façade engineering and installation * Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery * Ensure health & safety standards are strictly followed on-site * Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field * **Minimum 5 years of façade experience in the UAE (mandatory)** * Proven experience in curtain wall systems, aluminum cladding, and glazing works * Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations * Experience in handling high-rise building façade projects * Proficiency in AutoCAD and façade-related software * Strong project coordination and communication skills **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with international façade systems and suppliers * Knowledge of structural calculations related to façade systems * Familiarity with project management tools * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Key Competencies:** * Problem-solving and technical expertise * Attention to detail * Team collaboration * Time management **Salary & Benefits:** * As per industry standards in UAE * Additional benefits as per company policy Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
