Project Engineer (MEP)

**Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Senior MEP Project Engineer** to manage and deliver MEP works for **residential and commercial building projects**. The role involves overseeing design coordination, site execution, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and authority standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage MEP project execution from initiation to handover * Coordinate with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil, and Architectural teams * Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements * Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.) * Monitor project progress, schedules, and resource allocation * Supervise site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines * Manage subcontractors and vendors * Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover * Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues (clash detection) * Prepare progress reports and project documentation * Support cost control, budgeting, and value engineering initiatives **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical or Electrical Engineering** * **7–12 years of experience** in MEP contracting (UAE/GCC preferred) * Strong experience in **residential and commercial building projects** * Sound knowledge of: * MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) * Local authority regulations and approvals * Project planning and execution * Experience handling **high-rise or large-scale projects** * Ability to manage **multiple projects simultaneously** * Strong leadership and team management capability.
