Project Manager

* Minimum 8 years of construction industry experience, preferably with contractor-side project delivery rather than purely consultancy roles. * Currently based in the UAE and able to join within 1 month or less. * Demonstrated site-based project execution experience, including coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. * Basic Quantity Surveying / cost control capability, including familiarity with BOQ review, estimates, variation tracking, or tender documentation. * Practical experience in procurement and supplier coordination, including sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, or managing subcontract packages. * Familiarity with local labour sourcing or manpower suppliers in the UAE construction market. * 3+ years of experience working on villa, building, fit-out, or mid-scale or larger construction projects in the UAE. * Ability to manage site progress, schedules, and reporting, including coordination between client, engineering, construction, and procurement teams. * Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus but not mandatory) and ability to work with multicultural site teams. * Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineer, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
