**Project Manager (High-Rise Building Projects)** **Job Summary:** Experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering high-rise building projects in the UAE. Responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage high-rise construction projects from initiation to handover * Develop project plans, schedules, and resource strategies * Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors * Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets * Review drawings (IFC) and ensure compliance with specifications * Manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen * Oversee structural, architectural, and MEP works * Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies * Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements * Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting * Manage procurement, contracts, and subcontractor performance * Ensure quality control and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards * Handle project documentation and approvals Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * UAE: 10 years (Required) Work Location: In person
