Project Manager

The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support large-scale digital and operational transformation initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on modernizing and integrating enterprise systems, including Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and related technology platforms, to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineers, technical specialists, and business stakeholders; and ensuring timely and quality delivery. The role also involves facilitating project meetings, managing risks, tracking progress, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 7–9 years of experience managing enterprise technology or digital transformation projects, with exposure to healthcare systems such as HIS, EMR, or EHR platforms. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and experience with tools like Jira or MS Project is required. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in complex system integration projects is highly preferred. Requirements We are looking for a highly capable and results-driven Project Manager with strong experience in managing complex digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 7–9 years of proven experience in delivering enterprise technology projects, with exposure to healthcare systems such as HIS, EMR, or EHR platforms. The candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, along with hands-on experience using tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms. A solid understanding of system integration, data migration, APIs, and enterprise architecture concepts is essential. We expect the candidate to have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including technical experts, business users, and leadership. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are critical for success in this role. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
