Project Manager

Company: BT Properties Location: Dubai South Role Overview: Project Manager for Villas & Townhouses oversees residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and regulatory standards. The role involves managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, controlling costs, and handling project risks from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and execute projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. * Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and conduct progress meetings. * Manage project budgets, control costs, and identify savings opportunities. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and quality standards. * Conduct site inspections, monitor safety, and address non-compliance. * Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations. * Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure timely reporting. * Oversee handover, prepare documentation, and close out projects. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture. * Previous experience working with a real estate developer or from the client side is preferred. * 12+ years of experience in projects (including 5 years of experience in residential construction, such as villas and townhouses). * PMP or equivalent preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. * Knowledge of UAE building codes and ability to manage multiple projects. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
