Project Manager (Aluminum & Façade )

**Job Title: Project Manager – Aluminum & Glazing** **Location:** United Arab Emirates (UAE) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Industry:** Construction / Façade / Aluminum & Glazing **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Project Manager – Aluminum & Glazing** to lead the successful execution of façade and architectural aluminum projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing curtain wall, glazing, and cladding systems, with a strong focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. **Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution** * Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to final handover. * Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones. * Ensure timely delivery in line with contractual requirements and quality standards. **Team Leadership & Coordination** * Manage and supervise project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors. * Allocate resources efficiently and monitor team performance. * Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. **Client & Stakeholder Management** * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders. * Conduct regular meetings and provide progress updates. * Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. **Cost Control & Budget Management** * Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. * Monitor expenditures and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle. * Identify and implement cost optimization strategies. **Risk & Issue Management** * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. * Resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues efficiently. **Site Supervision & Quality Assurance** * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and workmanship. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and UAE regulations. * Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities. **Procurement & Supply Chain** * Oversee procurement planning and material delivery schedules. * Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. * Ensure quality and timely availability of materials. **Reporting & Documentation** * Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for senior management. * Maintain proper documentation including variations, approvals, and project records. **Qualifications & Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field * **Certification:** PMP or equivalent is an advantage * **Experience:** * Minimum **13-15 years** overall experience in project management * At least **8 years** in aluminum, façade, or glazing projects * **Driving License:** Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory) **Technical Skills** * Strong knowledge of: * Curtain wall systems * Unitized façade systems * Cladding and glazing works * Architectural metal works * Proficiency in: * MS Project / Primavera P6 * AutoCAD * Revit (preferred) **Core Competencies** * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities * High level of organization and attention to detail * Problem-solving mindset with proactive decision-making * Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and authority approvals **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package (based on experience) * Opportunity to work on high-profile façade projects * Career growth in a dynamic and growing organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
