Project Manager (Aluminum & Façade )

**Job Title: Project Manager – Aluminum & Glazing** **Location:** United Arab Emirates (UAE) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Industry:** Construction / Aluminum & Glazing / Façade **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Project Manager – Aluminum & Glazing** to lead and deliver high-profile façade and glazing projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum systems, curtain walling, and glazing works, with proven expertise in managing projects from initiation to completion—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. **Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution** * Lead the full project lifecycle from **planning, execution, monitoring, and handover**. * Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies. * Ensure projects are delivered **on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications**. **Leadership & Team Management** * Manage and mentor a team of **engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors**. * Allocate resources effectively and monitor team performance. * Foster collaboration across design, procurement, and site teams. **Client & Stakeholder Management** * Act as the **primary point of contact** for clients, consultants, and stakeholders. * Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones. * Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. **Budget & Cost Control** * Prepare and manage **project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports**. * Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures. * Ensure commercial performance and profitability of projects. **Risk Management** * Identify, assess, and mitigate **project risks and constraints**. * Develop contingency plans to address potential delays or cost overruns. **Site Management & Coordination** * Oversee **daily site operations**, ensuring alignment with project schedules. * Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical and operational issues. * Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications. **Quality Assurance & Compliance** * Ensure compliance with **project specifications, industry standards, and authority regulations**. * Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions where required. **Procurement & Contracts** * Manage procurement processes and **coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors**. * Review contracts, variations, and claims in coordination with commercial teams. **Reporting** * Prepare and present **progress reports, dashboards, and performance updates** to senior management and clients. **Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)** * Enforce strict adherence to **HSE policies and procedures**. * Promote a culture of safety and ensure a safe working environment on-site. **Qualifications & Experience** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture**, or related field. * **10+ years of project management experience**, with at least **8 years in aluminum & glazing / façade projects**. * Proven track record in delivering **large-scale façade and glazing projects in the UAE/GCC**. * **Valid UAE Driving License** (mandatory). * PMP Certification (preferred).
