**Job Title: Project Manager – Aluminum & Glazing** **Location:** Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Industry:** Construction | Aluminum & Glazing | Façade **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Project Manager – Aluminum & Glazing** to lead and deliver large-scale façade and glazing projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in aluminum systems, curtain walling, and glazing works, with proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with Saudi standards and regulations. **Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution** * Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and handover. * Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies. * Ensure timely delivery within budget and project specifications. **Leadership & Team Management** * Manage and mentor engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. * Allocate resources effectively and monitor performance. * Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams. **Client & Stakeholder Management** * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders. * Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones. * Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction. **Budget & Cost Control** * Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. * Monitor project expenditures and ensure profitability. * Implement cost-control strategies. **Risk Management** * Identify and mitigate project risks and constraints. * Develop contingency plans to avoid delays and cost overruns. **Site Management & Coordination** * Oversee site operations and ensure alignment with schedules. * Resolve technical and operational challenges. * Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings. **Quality Assurance & Compliance** * Ensure compliance with project specs, international standards, and **Saudi codes & authority requirements**. * Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions. **Procurement & Contracts** * Manage procurement and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. * Review contracts, variations, and claims with commercial teams. **Reporting** * Prepare and present progress reports and dashboards to management and clients. **Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)** * Ensure compliance with HSE policies and Saudi safety regulations. * Promote a strong safety culture on-site. **Qualifications & Experience** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * **10+ years of experience**, including **minimum 8 years in aluminum & glazing / façade projects**. * Proven experience delivering **large-scale projects in KSA or GCC**. * Strong knowledge of **Saudi Building Code (SBC)** and local authority approvals. * Valid **Saudi or GCC Driving License** preferred. * **PMP Certification** is an advantage. **Preferred Skills** * Expertise in curtain wall systems, structural glazing, and façade engineering. * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Commercial awareness and contract management experience. **Salary & Benefits** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Accommodation, transport, and medical insurance * Annual leave and benefits as per Saudi Labor Law Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
