Project Manager

* Oversee the full execution of high-rise building projects , ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. * Lead and coordinate site activities among engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants. * Review and approve construction drawings and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards. * Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders. * Manage contracts, procurement, and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors. * Ensure full implementation of health and safety standards on-site. * Resolve technical and administrative issues promptly to avoid project delays. * Coordinate with consultants and governmental authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals. * Maintain quality control across all construction phases, ensuring materials and workmanship meet the required specifications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * **More than 15 years of experience** in construction project management, with a proven track record in **high-rise building projects** in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality- Unlimited, Trakhees, etc.). * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure. * Proficient in project management software such as **Primavera P6**, **MS Project**, as well as **AutoCAD** and **MS Office**. * Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus. * Professional certifications such as **PMP**, **RMP**, or equivalent are highly preferred.
