Project Manager - Civil Construction

**Company:** Landship Engineering & Construction LLC **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Job Type:** Full-time **Industry:** Civil Construction / Warehouse / Commercial / Industrial Projects **Job Overview** Landship Engineering & Construction LLC is seeking an experienced **Project Manager – Civil Construction** to lead the end-to-end execution of **warehouse, commercial, and industrial construction projects** in **Abu Dhabi and across the UAE**. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in **civil construction project management, site supervision, contractor coordination, project scheduling, estimation, budget control, and quality management**. This position is best suited for professionals with hands-on expertise in **warehouse facilities, industrial buildings, logistics infrastructure, and commercial construction projects**. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage **end-to-end execution of warehouse, commercial, and industrial civil construction projects** * Develop and monitor **project schedules, milestones, work plans, and deliverables** * Coordinate with **clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments** * Ensure projects are completed **on time, within budget, and according to specifications** * Oversee **site operations, civil works, structural works, fit-out coordination, Fire & Safety, and MEP works.** * Track project progress and prepare **daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports** * Control **project budgets, variations, claims, and cost overruns** * Review and approve **drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical specifications** * Ensure compliance with **Abu Dhabi Municipality, local authority approvals, HSE, and QA/QC standards** * Conduct regular **site inspections and technical issue resolution** * Manage **procurement schedules, material planning, and supplier coordination** * Lead **risk management, issue escalation, and recovery plans for delays** * Ensure adherence to **UAE construction regulations and company policies** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in **Civil Engineering** or related field * Minimum **3+ years of** project/construction Manager experience and 10+ years of experience in Civil Construction * Proven experience in **warehouse, commercial, industrial, or logistics infrastructure projects** * Strong knowledge of **construction methods, materials, BOQ, Pricing, contracts, and local regulations** * Experience with **MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Excel reporting** * Excellent **leadership, team management, and contractor coordination skills** * Strong **communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities** * Prior experience working on projects in **Abu Dhabi / UAE** is Mandatory CONTACT US @ +971-502016574 Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your Expected Salary?
