Project Manager- Construction

**Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage end-to-end construction project lifecycle from initiation to handover * Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies * Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams * Monitor site progress, productivity, and compliance with project milestones * Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements * Review and approve BOQs, drawings, and technical submittals * Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies * Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management * Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record keeping * Handle client communications and maintain strong professional relationships * Supervise procurement processes and material planning * Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards * Oversee project cost control and financial tracking * Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and project staff **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) * Master’s Degree in Project Management or Construction Management (Preferred) * DM APPROVED G+12 **Experience:** * Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil construction * At least 5 years in a Project Manager role in UAE * Proven experience handling villas, buildings, and infrastructure projects * Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and other authority regulations **Skills & Competencies:** * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent project planning and scheduling abilities * Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Financial and cost control expertise **Other Requirements:** * UAE Driving License (Mandatory) * Ability to join immediately or within short notice preferred Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
