Project Manager - Construction

**Scope of Work:** * Full lifecycle project management from mobilization through to testing, commissioning, and final handover * Lead execution of deep excavation, shoring, and construction of **4 basement levels** along with full superstructure works * Develop and manage **project execution plans**, construction programs, and resource allocation strategies * Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables * Coordinate effectively with **consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders** to ensure seamless project flow * Liaise with relevant authorities including Dubai Development Authority, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, and Dubai Civil Defense for all approvals, inspections, and compliance requirements * Monitor project progress through KPIs, prepare **weekly/monthly progress reports**, and present updates to senior management * Implement robust **cost control measures**, budget tracking, and value engineering initiatives * Identify, assess, and mitigate **project risks** (technical, financial, and operational) * Ensure compliance with **QA/QC standards**, project specifications, and regulatory requirements * Enforce strict **HSE policies** in line with UAE regulations and company standards * Manage **procurement planning**, material submittals, and long-lead item tracking * Oversee subcontractor performance, including **contract administration, claims management, and variation orders** * Handle **client communication**, resolve technical issues, and manage expectations professionally * Lead site teams including engineers, foremen, and support staff to maintain productivity and discipline * Ensure proper **testing & commissioning**, snagging, de-snagging, and final project closeout documentation **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field * **12–15 years of experience in UAE construction**, with at least 12 years in a Project Manager role * With Unlimited License holder * Proven track record in **multi-basement projects (3–4 basement levels)** including excavation and shoring systems * Strong knowledge of **local authority regulations and approval processes** * Demonstrated experience in **budgeting, cost control, and contract management** * Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project) * Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills * Excellent communication and reporting skills * Ability to manage high-pressure timelines and complex site conditions **Preferred:** * Experience with **high-rise or large-scale mixed-use developments** * PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification * UAE Driving License Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED17,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Experience managing deep basement construction projects (minimum 3–4 basement levels?
