Position Overview Whitemonde Interior Designs & Fit-Outs is seeking a **highly skilled and experienced Project Manager** to lead and manage interior fit-out and construction projects from project initiation through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, resource allocation, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered **on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and authority regulations**. Key Responsibilities * Manage the **complete project lifecycle**, including planning, execution, monitoring, and final project handover. * Review and evaluate **architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules**. * Coordinate with **clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams** to ensure smooth project execution. * Prepare and manage **project schedules, progress reports, and material tracking documentation**. * Ensure all project activities are carried out in accordance with **approved drawings, quality standards, and authority regulations**. * Conduct regular **site inspections** to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. * Manage **subcontractors, procurement activities, and workforce allocation** to optimize project performance. * Monitor **project budgets, cost control measures, and variation orders** to ensure financial efficiency. * Ensure full compliance with **health, safety, and environmental regulations** on site. * Attend **client and consultant meetings**, providing project updates and addressing technical or operational concerns. * Lead and supervise **site teams and engineers** to ensure timely completion of project milestones. * Coordinate with design and engineering teams for **civil, interior, and MEP integration**. Requirements * **Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.** * **5–8 years of UAE experience** in **interior fit-out, construction, or project management**. * Strong technical understanding of **civil works, interior fit-out processes, and MEP coordination**. * Proven experience managing **multiple projects simultaneously**. * Excellent **leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills**. * Strong **problem-solving abilities and decision-making capability** in fast-paced environments. * Ability to work under pressure and manage **tight project deadlines**. * **UAE Driving License** preferred. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, AutoCAD**, and project management tools; knowledge of **Primavera or similar scheduling software** is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with **interior fit-out contractors or design firms in the UAE**. * Strong knowledge of **local authority regulations and approval processes** related to construction and fit-out projects. * Experience managing **commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential interior projects**.
