Project Manager (Scada)

**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly experienced **Project Manager – SCADA Systems** to lead the execution, delivery, and management of SCADA-related projects and service contracts across multiple sites in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **control systems, service delivery, and contract execution**, with proven leadership capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills. **Key Responsibilities** **Project & Contract Execution** * Lead end-to-end execution of SCADA projects, including planning, design coordination, implementation, testing, and handover. * Manage **operation & maintenance (O&M)** contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs. * Ensure alignment with **Scope of Work (SOW)**, technical specifications, and client requirements. * Oversee **preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance** activities for SCADA systems. **Service Delivery & Operations** * Ensure high-quality **service delivery** across all assigned sites with optimal resource utilization. * Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability of SCADA and associated field systems. * Lead troubleshooting, incident management, and system restoration activities. * Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements. **Stakeholder Management** * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. * Manage communication with client technical and management teams. * Conduct regular review meetings and provide performance updates. **Team Leadership** * Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including SCADA engineers, technicians, and support staff. * Ensure team performance, development, and adherence to safety and quality standards. * Foster a proactive, solution-oriented, and leadership-driven work environment. **Commercial & Compliance** * Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial performance. * Support contract negotiations, variations, and claims management. * Ensure compliance with **Saudi regulations, safety standards, and company policies**. **Qualifications & Requirements** * **Bachelor's Degree in Engineering** (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field). * **Minimum 10 years of experience** in SCADA systems, with strong exposure to project execution and service delivery. * **Minimum 3 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia**. * **Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)** and **english**– both written and spoken. * **Certified Project Management Professional** (PMP or equivalent). * Proven experience in **SCADA platforms** (e.g., AVEVA, SiemensWincc,WinccOA, Rockwell, Honeywell, or similar). * Strong understanding of **PLC/RTU systems, communication networks, and field instrumentation**. * **Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)**. **Key Competencies** * Strong leadership and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * High level of accountability and ownership. * Ability to manage high-pressure environments and critical systems. * Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. **Preferred Attributes** * Experience in **infrastructure, utilities, transportation, or oil & gas sectors**. * Background in **brownfield projects, system upgrades, and migrations**. * Familiarity with **SLAs, KPIs, and long-term service contracts**. **Personality Traits** * Leadership-driven with a **proactive and ownership mindset** * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate * Results-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
