📢 Job Vacancy – Projects ManagerOur company is seeking to hire a highly qualified Project Manager to join our team.🔹 Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, contracting, and project management. • Strong command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking). • Proficiency in engineering and project management software. • Previous experience in residential projects is preferred.🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Manage and execute projects in line with defined timelines. • Supervise teams and ensure quality of work. • Coordinate with stakeholders and consultants. • Monitor costs and ensure adherence to budget. • Follow up, supervise, and coordinate with contractors, executing companies, and engineering consultants for residential projects. • Prepare and submit progress reports based on project updates and follow-ups with contractors. • Oversee the handover process of residential units from contractors to clients. • Monitor all ongoing projects within residential compounds, including infrastructure such as internet services, landscaping, schools, playgrounds, green areas, shopping centers, and related facilities.📍 Location: [ Baghdad ]📩 Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to:[[email protected]]WhatsApp available 07873999099Please mention the job title in the email subject.
