Role Overview The **Python Backend Developer** will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs that power our digital platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain backend services using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI). * Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. * Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to integrate systems. * Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. * Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. * Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues in production environments. * Work with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and caching systems. * Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and recommend improvements. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in backend development with Python. * Strong proficiency in Django, Flask, or FastAPI. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
