QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with strong experience in façade works to ensure all quality standards, specifications, and project requirements are met across projects. The candidate must have hands-on UAE experience in façade systems such as curtain wall, cladding, and glazing. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and project quality plans. * Conduct inspections of façade works including installation of curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum systems. * Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and UAE standards. * Prepare and review **Inspection Requests (IRs)** and coordinate with consultants for approvals. * Monitor material quality, installation processes, and workmanship on site. * Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. * Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records. * Coordinate with project teams (site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors). * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **4 years of experience in façade QA/QC within the UAE** (mandatory). * Strong knowledge of façade systems: * Curtain wall systems * Aluminum & glass works * Cladding systems (ACP, stone, etc.) * Familiarity with UAE construction standards and authority requirements. * Experience in handling inspections, snagging, and handover process. * Good documentation and reporting skills. * Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of QA/QC software is an advantage. **Preferred:** * ISO 9001 knowledge or certification * Previous experience working with consultants in UAE projects **Key Skills:** * Attention to detail * Problem-solving * Communication & coordination * Quality control & inspection Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
