QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

**QA QC Engineer** **Required: Civil QA QC Engineer to work in contracting company. Abu Dhabi / UAE.** **Job Summary:** The Civil QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of all civil and structural works on-site complies with project specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements. They oversee inspection activities, conduct quality audits, and coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure flawless execution of the work. **Key Responsibilities:** · Review and implement the project-specific QA/QC plan and procedures. · Conduct inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and finished work. · Ensure that work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes/standards. · Liaise with the main contractor/subcontractors to close quality issues, NCRs, and punch lists. · Perform internal audits and participate in external audits as required. · Verify calibration and maintenance of testing and measuring equipment. · Report to the QA/QC Manager regarding quality performance and non-conformances. · Attend site coordination and technical meetings as required. · Support in preparing project handover documentation and quality dossiers. **Qualifications:** ·Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. ·Certification in QA/QC (ISO 9001:2015, QMS Lead Auditor, etc.) is preferred. ·Minimum [2 - 6] years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry. ·Strong knowledge of civil materials, construction methods, and relevant codes Familiar with inspection procedures and quality control documentation. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC-related software (e.g., QCS, Aconex).
