Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Compliance • Implement, maintain, and improve QA/QC procedures in line with project, IMS, and company requirements • Support QHSE management to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards • Ensure adherence to international codes and standards (ASME, AWS, API, ISO, etc.) • Promote company values, vision, and sustainability objectives (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) Inspection & Technical Control • Conduct in-process, material, and final inspections for fabrication, welding, piping, and structural works • Monitor welding activities and ensure compliance with approved WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications • Review P&ID, isometric drawings, and technical specifications • Witness and coordinate NDT activities (RT, UT, PT, MT) and other testing procedures • Verify materials, equipment, and workmanship against project specifications Documentation & Reporting • Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and QA/QC documentation • Maintain quality records including test reports, inspection reports, NCRs, and compliance documents • Ensure proper material traceability and documentation control as per IMS procedures • Support preparation and verification of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation Audits & Continuous Improvement • Conduct internal audits and support ISO 9001:2015 certification and compliance • Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) • Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) • Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement activities Coordination & Communication • Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and third-party inspection agencies • Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues • Provide guidance and training on QA/QC procedures and best practices • Conduct quality awareness sessions and participate in project meetings HSE & IMS Implementation • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company IMS procedures • Promote safe work practices and environmental responsibility across all activities • Support implementation of IMS procedures including document control, calibration, and traceability Requirements Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field • Minimum 5–10 years of QA/QC experience in fabrication, construction, or manufacturing projects • Strong knowledge of welding, piping, and steel fabrication processes • Experience in NDT inspection and coordination • Knowledge of international standards (ASME, AWS, API, ISO, etc.) • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification (preferred) • Strong understanding of QA/QC systems, IMS procedures, and audit processes • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (P&ID, isometric, fabrication drawings) • Experience in preparing ITP, method statements, and quality documentation Preferred Skills • Experience in UAE/GCC projects • Knowle
