QA/QC Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager for a construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with immediate availability and a valid transferable Iqama. The candidate should have over 15 years of experience in QA/QC management, with strong expertise in reviewing structural shop drawings, design calculations, material submittals and ensuring compliance with project specifications, ISO 9001:2015, and the Saudi Building Code (SBC). He will lead all site QA/QC activities, manage inspections, testing, NCRs, and CAPA processes, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure high-quality execution of structural works. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, with CQM certification, and be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to drive quality performance and ensure “first-time-right” project delivery. **Salary: 22,000-35,000 SAR per month, decide on the interview result.** **Key Responsibilities** · Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with ISO 9001:2015 and the QMS, ensuring effective establishment and on-site implementation of quality procedures, ITPs, and method statements in full compliance with project specifications and standards. · Support the Project Manager by providing leadership for QA/QC activities to ensure all works meet client and project requirements. · Lead the development and implementation of QA/QC procedures, including resource planning and team training. · Establish and maintain effective communication with project teams, clients, and subcontractors. · Oversee all inspection, examination, and testing activities, ensuring proper documentation and reporting. · Maintain inspection records, NCR logs, and overall quality documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. · Review and evaluate inspection and test results to ensure compliance with specified requirements. · Assess the effectiveness of training programs for QA/QC personnel. · Monitor subcontractor performance, including inspections, audits, and review of quality records. · Ensure full understanding and compliance with contract requirements, including subcontractor obligations.
