Quality Control Engineer

**We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Civil Engineer to ensure construction projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while optimizing project outcomes.** **The QC** Engineer will play a critical role to bridge between design, construction, and project management teams, fostering collaboration and promoting a culture of quality **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Planning and Execution:** Develop and implement QA/QC plans, schedule inspections, and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications and standards. * **Material and Construction Quality Control:** Evaluate construction materials, conduct site inspections, and oversee testing procedures to prevent defects and ensure compliance. * **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:** Identify quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards. * **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, prepare reports, and communicate findings to project managers, clients, and regulatory authorities. * **Collaboration and Mentorship:** Work with cross-functional teams, provide guidance to junior staff, and ensure alignment with project objectives. * **Process Improvement and Innovation:** Continuously evaluate and enhance quality control processes, adopting new technologies and best practices. * **Client and Stakeholder Interaction:** Conduct audits, address technical inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, structural analysis tools, project management software, and quality control systems. * **Experience:** 5 years in civil engineering QA/QC roles; experience in industrial construction projects is advantageous. * **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication, and leadership skills Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * QC civil engineer: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
