Quantity Surveyor

**Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for mechanical works * Analyze drawings and specifications related to HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems * Monitor project costs and track variations, claims, and change orders * Conduct site measurements and verify work progress for payment applications * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors * Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical works (oil & gas, construction, or MEP projects) * Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and project documentation * Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools/software * Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Work Location: In person
